Having spent many years gathering a wealth of work experience in Germany in the deluxe hotel industry and in renowned star-rated restaurants, we decided to relocate to the sunny climes of beautiful Tuscany!
Here we established a professional wine consultant service, offering our expertise not only to restaurants and hotels, but also to private clients in our in-house wine bar and wine store.
In 2003 we expanded our activities with the opening of our restaurant Ristorante alla Pieve (www.allapieve.it).
We are located in Pievescola, near Casole d’Elsa, only 12 km from Colle Val d'Elsa, and 25 km north-west of the medieval and picturesque city of Siena in Tuscany.
